“This is a great location for proximity to local shopping and UVM. It is along a busy road so you have to be aware of that. The inside is clean, comfortable and appealing. Hosts were communicative and made everything easy.”

“The house smelt terrible. When the property manager was informed we were told to run the water and maybe the smell will go away. The second night we did not have heat. Come to find out from the property manager that there has been an ongoing problem with pipes freezing. We were not told about the sulfer (undrinakble water) untill after we paid. We were not told the property owner use the proprty to house dogs in a garage on the property and inly stops by to feed them weekly, terrible to observe...

“We needed a quick weekend spot to stay while my wife ran a race in the area. Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, spices, coffee, etc) comfy couch and giant TV. Washer and drier, plus 2 window AC units which more than cool the house. Plus a 1UP Pacman arcade machine in the Kitchen for some post dinner gaming,. Our host was super nice, leaving firewood in case we wanted to have a fire after the run, as well as giving us warning with the remnants of the Hurricane that were coming our way and the...

“The house was lovely, views of the lake were amazing! It was equipped with all of your basic needs to cook and eat-in. We enjoyed the sunrise, sunset and watching the sailboats in Mallettes bay. Downtown Burlington is a short drive away and Colchester had a lot of outdoor trails and parks to explore as well. We’ll be back!”

The location was perfect as we could walk for bagels or to the pharmacy and the grocery stores were close by and wasn’t far from the places we wanted to go. We had no issues, everything was what was promised. We would gladly like to stay here next year!”
