“We had a wonderful stay! The host and his companion were absolutely amazing, very welcoming, and attentive to our needs. They took us to Costambar, where we had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed the experience. The chef was also excellent, and breakfast was delicious. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here. We would love to come back again!”

There is no night life at all there is not one club and the beaches are disgusting and not maintained at all. The cabanas are ripped and the moldy and although it is advertised that you will have access to all 3 resorts you really don’t. The doors in the room balcony don’t lock, the shower looks like...

“We spent 12 lovely days here, from day one to the last was great, staff, entertainment, food, added dinners was more than great, even the big buffet hold top class, with great raw material and spiced and tasteful food We upgraded to a swim out room, which was the extra bonus, the staff where always there with a smile…. ”

“The Staff were rude and disrespectful. We tried to explain the situation amicably but they did not try to compromise or make us their customer feel welcome. We booked a 1000 sq ft room with 2 available beds shown in pictures but instead were given a room less than half the size. Obviously we weren’t happy but instead of trying to solve they escalated the situation by telling us they could not do anything to accommodate the reservation seeing as though the room they gave us only had one bed. Also...
