âTheir staff is the best part of this experience. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. Especially as a solo traveler and an introvert, everyone was so warm and friendly From the front desk to the cleaning crew. The construction happening behind the hotel was a bit bothersome, but that's out of their control.â
âThis was an amazing property. My only small complaints were that our shower barely drained and the bath towels smelled dingy/not freshly laundered. The pool in our unit was SOOOOO HOT, thus not refreshing, but only mother nature's relentless sunshine caused that issue. Maybe a shade of some sort over the pool can help with that problem, but it didn't make our vacation any less wonderful! The hotel's main pool was nice and cool so we found ourselves there often. âMy room was next to some kind of machine that made noze all night and I could not sleep for 4 days. No window outside, that should have been information before.
The area around is okej and the rooftop has a really nice pool and the bar staff was very great. â
âJust a five minute taxi ride to the romantic zone with access to shops and private charter boats for snorkeling and fishing. 20 minutes to the Botanical Gardens and Zip lining by taxi. 35 minutes from the airport. Security at gate, private beach, all inclusive food was good; especially the ocean front restaurant. Would recommend to friends. â
