Playa de los Patos

This is one of my most memorable vacations. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The food is good once you find the right spot, they have plenty of options. An extra perk when booking with expedia is the butler service. I have to mention our butler Edward. Really patient and attentive we didn't tell him directly it was my wife's birthday he must have overheard, one night we came to our room in was decorated and had champagne. Also William the bartender by the Poseidon made made sure my cup was never empty. Place is secure and safe and if you speak English you're okay. Only thing to shy away from is anyone offering anything to do with the travelclub.

Excellent attention and courtesy from all the staff in general

The resort area is very nice, spacious, and well maintained. The kids’ pool is big and very good for 6-year-old children. Our kids enjoyed spending time there, and the overall family atmosphere was pleasant. However, the food quality could be improved. Some meals were good, but overall we expected better consistency and more impressive dishes for a resort of this level. With better food, the experience would be much stronger. Overall, it is a good family-friendly resort with a beautiful and large area, but the dining experience needs improvement.
