"Vi har bott hÀr en gÄng tidigare och trivs med allt dom erbjuder till ett bra pris ! Bra restauranger i nÀrheten och flera stora vÀlsorterade livsmedelsaffÀrer ocksÄ i nÀrheten. TyvÀrr pratar bara personalen spanska, gÀller nÀstan alla i Mexico !"

"Det hÀr Àr ett femstjÀrnigt hotell i infrastrukturen men ett trestjÀrnigt hotell i management. Det visar sig i servicenivÄn, kvalitet pÄ mat och dryck, underhÄll av faciliteter med mera. Det Àr Àven ett All inclusive med mÄnga dolda avgifter dÀr mÄnga aktiviteter och tjÀnster inte ingÄr i priset. "

"We had a great stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise in Playa del Carmen while traveling with our two young children (3 and 5 years old). The resort is beautiful, family-friendly, and offers plenty of pools, activities, and good dining options. Our room was comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. During our trip, my partner unfortunately became ill and needed to go to the hospital. We want to give a very special thank you to the concierge, Lisandro, who helped us tremendously during this stressful situation. He was incredibly kind, supportive, and helped organize everything we needed. His assistance made a difficult situation much easier for our family. We would also like to thank the entire staff at the resort for their kindness and professionalism during our stay. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, and they truly contributed to making our stay a positive experience. For us, this was a 5 out of 5 stay."

"+ de allra flesta i personalen Àr vÀnliga, trevliga och duktiga. LÀget vid stranden Àr toppen. - det Àr inte ett femstjÀrnigt hotell. Fem stjÀrnor innebÀr att det Àr perfektion i stort sett alla delar. HÀr finns för mÄnga brister. Maten, servicen, allmÀnt skick pÄ möblemang mm. Och en sak irriterar enormt, att man mÄste göra som alla andra och blocka plats vid poolen innan handdukar ens delas ut (kl 08.00) för att inte bli utan. Trots att man vid incheckningen lovade att personalen tar bort handdukar nÀr stolar uppenbart blockas i förtid och inte anvÀnds. "

"VĂ€ldigt bra mat och vĂ€nlig personal. TopplĂ€ge i staden. Vi hade dock vĂ€ntat oss ett lugnare hotell med rubriken âadults onlyâ. Skumsprutande över poolen och skrik hade vi gĂ€rna sluppit!"

"Mycket trevligt hotell med oerhört mycket att erbjuda inom mat och aktiviteter. Om jag ska nÀmna nÄgot negativt sÄ var det vÀl tÀckningen pÄ wi-fi och den interaktiva kartan i deras app. Det gjorde det lite svÄrt att navigera runt i detta stora hotellkomplex."

"First of all, there is not 13 restaurants to choose from, there are only 1 for breakfast and lunch if you have kids. The hotel is so far from a 5-star establishment both in service, people skills and staff. The hotel is in big need of renovation and the bathroom smell funky like they have mold or something. The food was not good at any of the restaurants actually. They have a big problem with cats, coaties and racoons. The coaties and racoons jump up on the tables and steal food. They stole my wifeÂŽs food twice so we hade to leave because our 2,5 year old son got scared. No wonder when daddy had to stand up and try to shush the animals away from the table. The manager took a meeting and the only thing they did was to apologize. I didnÂŽt expect more anyway since IÂŽve had more troubles at this one hotel than the other 100 IÂŽve been to through the years in total. Their concierge or team of adventure recommended us to go to Xcaret park. Not only was the tickets more expensive than if we bought them at the park, we had to stand in line like everybody else to claim our wristbands. And the worst, we asked if our son could go on all excursions and they said yes. But when we arrived, the signs said at least 6 years old... What a waste of 350USD. If you have a friend or family you donÂŽt like, then you should recommend them to go here. Or else, avoid it like the plague. They even talked behind my back when I checked out, but little did they knew that I understand Spanish..."
