Casa Blanca is a huge stunning Caribbean villa located in the safest, most exclusive and popular part of Playa del Carmen.

This big 5 BEDROOM AND 4.5 BATHROOM house for 16 GUESTS, RECENTLY RENEWED, is perfect for a family reunion or a fun vacation with your big group of friends and if, like us, you LOVE DOGS, even they can come with you to enjoy our house!
Casa Blanca offers a nice and cozy space for you all to relax and have the best time.

Just 5 minutes walk from the house there’s the entrance to a PRIVATE BEACH for our guests to use and it belongs to the GATED COMMUNITY the house is located in.
The heart of Playa del Carmen, LA QUINTA AVENIDA, with its renouned restaurants and shopping centers, is located just steps away from the house; you will be there with a 5 minute pleasant stroll.
Just behind the house there’s A BIG POOL that belongs to the condominium but the beach is so close that it's most likely going to be all yours!!!
The GOLF COURSE is right around the corner (offering a beautiful VIEW of its LAKE) and so is the TENNIS COURT.
There’s a PARKING SPACE just in front of the house.

INCLUDED:
- Bath towels (1 small, 1 big per guest) changed after 3 nights
- Beach towel (1 per guest) changed after 6 nights
NOT INCLUDED:
-Disposable items such as toilet paper, trash bags etc (these items will be replaced during the daily cleaning but, in case you need more, you will need to get them from one of the nearby stores).
- Basic kitchen ingredients (oil, salt, pepper, ice).
-Charcoal for the grill.


Staying at Casa Blanca means having DAILY CLEANING SERVICE (except Sundays) and having, depending on the length of your reservation

Our basic price is for 12 but, (for an extra cost of 18 usd + taxes per guest per night) we can host up to 16 guests very comfortably!
We are pet friendly too! We can host up to 2 dogs (for an additional fee of 10 usd + taxes per night).

LAUNDRY SERVICE:
We offer our guests an included laundry service for every stay lasting longer than 2 nights.
Our guests will have one included service for every 4 nights of stay (4 nights: 1 service. 6 nights: 2 services and so on).
To use the service you will need to ask it via Whats App (to Valentina) before 11am.
The service takes up to 24 hours to be completed (it could be more if it’s a big quantity). For this reason, we will include in the welcome message the instructions and the last day available to organize it.
Additional laundry services are available at a cost of 20 USD

For the first entrance to Playacar you must show your Vrbo reservation , the access code given to you 15 min before check in and an ID at the entrance.
The next day you can pick up access bracelets (Valentina will contact the guest in time to request them, at least 48 hours before) at the administration office. If arrival is at a time when the office is closed, you can still enter with your reservation and ID until the next morning it opens.

15 minutes before check in, the guest will receive the location from Google Maps, the address and lockbox code to take out the key, on WhatsApp, and the address written on Vrbo.
In case of problems finding the house, our customer service will be available to guide the guest and, in case of problems with the lock, our manager will be there to help them.
