Recommended!
Rekommenderas! Mycket fräscht och trevligt hotell. Vänligt bemötande av personalen. Vi älskade läget då 5:e avenyn där alla restauranger, barer och butiker ligger som vi strosade omkring bland på kvällarna. På dagen är det bara 5min promenad till stranden. Både rum och hotell är superfint och bilderna ljuger inte!

Basic but good
A basic hotel at a very central location. Clean enough and we were not bothered by noices from the busy 5th avenue. Good bed and close to breakfast places.

Sämst hotellet jag har besökt. Rummen är lika små som en tånagel. Wifi fungerde inte, lyhört etc..aldrig igen!!

Helt ok
Helt ok med tanke på priset. Sängarna var dock hårda och städerskorna sprang in och ut i rummet väldigt mycket, det kunde komma en person och bädda sängen och sen efter 2 timmar kom det en annan och skurade golven. Hotellet ligger mitt på partygatan och man får räkna med att höra musik och bilar hela nätterna. Personalen i receptionen pratade väldigt bra engelska vilket var skönt eftersom många i Mexico har svårt för det.

Perfekt läge, precis vid huvudgatan där affärerna och restaurangerna ligger. 200m till stranden, bara en gata ner. Rena fräscha rum.

Små detaljer kunde gjort jättemycket
I översikt är detta hotell knappt okey. Men kunde bli mycket bättre med små justeringar.Vattentryck i duschen är obefintlig, tar 10 minuter att spola av sig schampot.Kompisarnas dusch funkade lite bättre.WIFI på rummen,funkade för oss men inte kompisarnas.Vi hade fjärrkontroll till ac som funkade utmärkt,kompisarna hade ingen,kunde ej ställa tempraturen.Värdeförvarngskåpet var trasigt i vårt rum.Hårda sängar. Summasummarium= Inte prisvärt under högsäsong ,priset höjdes 3 gånger sitt pris under tiden som vi bodde där,lågsäsong okey för läge,renlighet,service

I really love the aesthetic of this property. The staff were extremely hospitable and very kind. They made me feel at home. The area is also very convenient as it is in the middle of the busier street with all the fun, parties, restaurants, shopping centres. It was very easy to go back home to change or grab something and then head back out to go in with my day. I couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay at for this trip and would definitely look at coming back again in the future!

Overall, we had a nice stay. As stated in the property amenities, there is no lift in the building so you have to use the stairs which for us was no problem as we had light luggage and we don’t mind an extra workout :) There is also correct the loud music at night from the reviews, which we solved easily with earplugs. Breakfast was limited but good. I mean there was a strict list of things which you have to choose from. Although we only had once the breakfast that the hotel offered, it was tasty. The room is exactly as stated in the pics. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

El día de hoy acudí al hotel reservado pero la reservación me indica que la habitación que tenía asignada no habían terminado de darle mantenimiento, por lo q me indicaron la opción de trasladarme a otro hotel, pero no cumplió con condiciones de la reservación anterior por lo q no realice el check in. Muy retirado y el hotel en malas condiciones no apto para mi familia

Right in the middle of Playa del Carmen, which is great. But not for light sleepers as the music outside goes on until 2am. Convenient underground parking, but harf to find. Wifi was broken while we were there. Breakfast is at nearby restaurant with very limited choices.

OSDIMIA

Un hotel normal, el desayuno es a partir de las 8am en un restaurante cerca del hotel, por lo que si tienes una excursión temprano no puedes desayunar. Solicité me cambiaran de habitación, imposible dormir con el ruido de la calle y música de los bares cercanos.una cosa curiosa me fui a playa y regresé a las 3:30 pm y la habitación no estaba hecha y la excusa que no tenían suficiente personal, eso no es problema de los huéspedes

Worst hotel ever. I’ve asked to be upgraded to another room because I needed more space which they did. The room is supposed to be more expansive as it has a Jaccuzzi. The Jacuzzi is not working well, there is no shower gel, no Iron, no hair dryer and it is impossible to sleep because of the noice. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The attitude of the desk clerks... they act like it is a honour for us to stay at this hotel and we should not ask questions. Desk clerk advised us parking is $250 pesos per night. We were told that there is a charge of $25 pesos per hour or more for parking on the street. There is no charge, on the side streets, for parking. My daughter was going to the room to get something and tried to access a room that was not ours. The door opened. It seems that my room access card opens all rooms. Stay safe and don't leave anything of value in your room or better to book somewhere else. The pool needs attention. We never went in the pool.

The hotel is located it in a good place, but sadly very noisy at nighst, the competition for the loudest place for sure is across the street. very safe location, poor wi-fi service, I had to be near the bathroom to get a good signal, not happy with that at all. My child didn't get signal for almost a week until the last couple days we find out the spot near toilet. I found out that they don't respect the tag we always used for "Do Not Disturb "at all, unless you request at the desk to stop the service to enter your room without permission. That was shocking to know. Never had happen to me before.

The Hotel is in a great location on 5th ave. Great customer service. The only 2 things is that the pool didn't seem that clean and if you're thinking of going to bed early, It will be difficult because of music playing until 2am outside the hotel. We enjoyed it very much because we stayed up late, so it didnt bother us.
