We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beauty of our beach once again.However, we apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. We take your feedback seriously and will address each concern with the relevant departments to ensure improvements are made.Your comments regarding the service at the buffet and Adelita snack bar, as well as the hygiene standards, are concerning and not reflective of our usual standards. We will investigate these matters further and take appropriate action to prevent such incidents from happening again.Your experience with the glass of water is unacceptable, and we apologize for any discomfort or inconvenience caused.
