The Space:

Please note the rooftop pool, bar, lounge and gym are communal areas shared with the rest of the building; they are not private to the studio.



Guest Access:

Self check-in with a personal access code, so you can arrive on your own schedule within the established check-in hours. We do not keep permanent staff on site, but our team is available by message throughout your stay for anything you need.



The Neighborhood:

Located just one block from the beach in one of the best areas of Playa del Carmen, putting you right in the heart of the action.



Steps away you'll find top restaurants, beach clubs, bars, shops, convenience stores and supermarkets, plus authentic Mexican cuisine all around.



Nearby: Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida), Quinta Alegria mall, Playa Constituyentes, Coco Bongo, the Frida Kahlo Museum, and easy day trips to Jaguar National Park and the Tulum ruins.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy thanks to the central location:

- Cancun International Airport (CUN): about a 45-minute drive

- Main ADO bus station: a short taxi ride, with direct buses to Cancun, Tulum and the airport

- Taxis and private shuttles are available right outside the complex



Parking: free street parking is available, with paid parking lots nearby for guests exploring the Riviera Maya by car.



Other Things to Note:

Guest registration: before arrival we will request a clear photo of the official ID of every guest staying at the studio, plus a signature of the condominium regulations. This is required to authorize building access and keep good relations with neighbors.



Good-neighbor policy: quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking anywhere on the premises.



Balcony note: the studio has a private balcony, not a jacuzzi (no heating and no jets).



Local wildlife: you may come across birds, raccoons, local dogs and small animals (geckos, spiders, the occasional scorpion). We care for the environment, so please respect them and avoid leaving food outside.



Included: a cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus starter amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap and basic essentials. Additional mid-stay cleaning or restocking is available for an extra fee.



Air conditioning: to keep the A/C working properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set it below 21 C / 70 F.
