“Excellent place. The operator (BRIC) was attentive to our request. Everything is nearby. Dishwasher didn't work properly but it's common in this place. Laundry worked perfectly. Security guys mandatory to check-in in the garage place (not easy to find because no inscription). Very peaceful the night even sounds from Quinta Avenida. We do not hear any loud music. Others people peaceful. Great place. Our best quality/price until now in Playa del Carmen. ”

“This property is in a great location, just off 5th Ave, and is in a somewhat quieter area than that south of Constitution, while being a comfortable walk to that area. Additionally, it is within a 10-15 minute walk to the beaches off Calle 72 and 88. The unit itself is well apportioned with a washer/dryer which is a luxury when staying more than a week or so, which I have done twice, 3 and 4 weeks respectively. Are, the property manager is responsive to your needs, for example a ceiling fan...

“Our family had a lovely week staying at Dawn’s Xaman Ha condo. It was exactly as described with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean from our patio. Dawn was a very responsive host. We had one small issue with parking which she helped us resolve quickly. We would definitely recommend this listing and would not hesitate to return.”

“Oh my God what an amazing little gem. I am just guessing on the history but given that we are literally connected to the ferry pier, this small condo development might have been part of the very first development in playa del Carmen. The rest of the development on the first floor has fallen on hard times with most of the shops closed but luckily that includes the hard Rock Cafe and Senior frogs. “This was a great honeymoon get away. The location was perfect, the condo had all the amenities we need for our 6 day stay including a washer and dryer. The view was great out the large windows facing the water, with electric shades to keep sun out during sunrise to sleep in and privacy.”
