IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

There is an open-air social/karaoke bar directly below the building that plays loud music from about 8:00 PM to 3:00 AM. Sound insulation is limited, so noise will be noticeable at night. We want you to book with full confidence, so please consider this carefully. This unit is best for guests who are out enjoying the nightlife or who are comfortable using a white-noise app or earplugs (available on request).



Guest Access:

Self check-in with a personal access code, so you can arrive on your own schedule within the building's hours - no waiting for staff. We send full directions and the code before arrival and are always a message away during your stay.



Please note: the building requires all rental guests to wear an identifying wristband during the stay; we will provide it at check-in. This is a building policy for short-term guests.



The Neighborhood:

You are right in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Just steps away is the famous Fifth Avenue (La Quinta), packed with shops, restaurants and bars, and the beach is a short stroll away. Museums, galleries, theme parks and water activities are all within easy reach, making this a prime base for both fun and relaxation.



Getting Around:

The condo is centrally located, a few steps from Fifth Avenue, with bus stops and taxi stands nearby. Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about 55 km (34 miles) away, roughly 1 hour by car or taxi; the ADO bus also runs frequent transfers from the airport to downtown. Explore the area easily on foot, by bicycle or by public transport. Parking is available at the condo - please ask for details when booking.



Other Things to Note:

Before arrival, we will request a photo of an official ID for every guest staying, plus a signed copy of the condo rules. This helps keep a harmonious environment with neighbors and complies with building regulations.



Building wristband: short-term guests are required to wear an identifying wristband during the stay, provided at check-in.



Air conditioning: to keep the A/C working properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it runs and avoid setting it below 21C (70F), which can cause the unit to malfunction. If anything is not working, message us right away and our team will respond as quickly as possible.



Pest prevention: the building is fumigated periodically, but due to the humid climate small insects such as ants may occasionally appear. Please avoid leaving open food outside the refrigerator.



Cleaning: your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra charge.
