“The house was huge and the property was right on the beach! Mauricio was very helpful for anything we needed. There was also dogs and a cat on the property (outside) which we loved too. “We stayed at 2 places on our family trip to Costa Rica. This was the second (first was on the Caribbean side). This location is remote, and off the main road so you will need a 4X4. But that is exactly what we wanted and that is exactly what we got! Unbelievable view. Great deck, plenty of room for a family of 5. It was not on solar when we were there which to me was a plus as we did not have to worry about running the dishwasher, etc. The washer was not working, which was a disappointment....

“We loved La Colina de Carolina! It was like a treehouse oasis—beautiful landscape, cozy cabina with everything you need, lovely porch and awesome pool and view. Howler monkey alarm clocks, which we didn't mind. We had family staying down in town who were able to give us rides up the steep hill, though we did walk down with our kids a few of the mornings (15-20 min walk).
