âNos alojamos en el Palacio de los Duques Gran MeliĂĄ y fue una experiencia muy agradable.
La atmĂłsfera del hotel es acogedora y elegante, con una hermosa combinaciĂłn de encanto histĂłrico y confort moderno. El personal fue muy amable y servicial desde el primer momento, y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos durante toda la estancia.
Tuvimos un problema con la habitaciĂłn y, al mencionarlo al personal, actuaron de manera rĂĄpida y profesional. Nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitaciĂłn sin ningĂșn inconveniente....
âThe host was super friendly and offer us her personal contact as we do not have calling feature with our eSIM service. The checkin and check our process was very smooth. The area was very lively and the room offer quietness for resting. The unit was very spacious with washer dryer which was nice as we could to do laundry before heading to our next destination. Definitely will stay again and recommend this property! Clean string WiFi and air conditioned. â
âVery nice, spacious and clean apartments in the middle of everything. Trains are 5 minutes from your doorsteps. We were welcome by Christian, who was very helpful and prompt. Our flight arrived early morning, and had to store our luggage in the storage locker, right behind the building. Christian let us know that our apartment was ready early and we could check in early if we wanted to. Thank you for a great stay!â

âStaff was super friendly! I had an early morning meeting and didn't know what I would do for breakfast, but they left a surprise breakfast bag on my door with Croissants and there is free coffee! Great gesture and just the right time!â
âLoved the area and the studio apartment we rented. It faced a lively street but the doors were very sound proof so we werenât bothered at all. We especially appreciated the beach umbrella we could use for free and the refrigerator with a small freeze compartment in the studio. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were really hard and high so woke up with a stiff neck every morning. The only thing we missed was a body length mirror.

âThis appartment building lies perfect in an alley from Gran Via, near Plaza Callao. Walking distance to most of what you want to see. Very clean appartment, and perfect service by the staff even though I was delayed and arrived in the middle of the night. The only thing I didnât love was the alley at night, quite dark and a little scary. But otherwise the location is perfect!â
