âWonderful place to stay walking distance to Malecon restaurants bars lots of good places to eat the employees so nice and helpful they go above and beyond if you need anything. The pool is wonderful to relax and enjoy the sunset and have a great cold drink. The room was great loved the view every morning.â
âThe property is gorgeous but the staff make this hotel. Absolutely perfect service at every level, and graciously authentic. Every single interaction was a pleasure. We came because it looked beautiful but weâll come back because of the people. We actually already came back since our first stay last week đ love love love it here. â

The area around is okej and the rooftop has a really nice pool and the bar staff was very great. â

Rooms clean. Housekeeping services excellent. Front desk nice. Early check in late check out for a fee. AC in room works great. Breakfast was awesome. Breakfast peoples are really friendly.
Only one complain. Elevator did not work.

âOur stay at this charming boutique hotel exceeded our expectations. We were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality that set the tone.
The location is perfect- a view of the bay from our room, yet walking distance to restaurants, beach and the Malecon. The hotel itself is nicely designed, with thoughtful touches that blend traditional Mexican charm with modern comfort.
The staff made the stay special. They went out of their way to make us feel at home.

âWe absolutely loved staying at this property during our visit to Puerto Vallarta. The location was incredible, just 10 min walk to the beach. The views were stunning and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. We stayed in Estrella, and our balcony and bonus room were perfect. Breakfast in the morning was fresh fruit, coffee and toast with jam. We also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool area. Definitely wear good shoes as the property is on a very steep hill and the raods are cobblestone....
