âWonderful place to stay walking distance to Malecon restaurants bars lots of good places to eat the employees so nice and helpful they go above and beyond if you need anything. The pool is wonderful to relax and enjoy the sunset and have a great cold drink. The room was great loved the view every morning.â

âMy room was next to some kind of machine that made noze all night and I could not sleep for 4 days. No window outside, that should have been information before.
The area around is okej and the rooftop has a really nice pool and the bar staff was very great. â
âIf you want to feel like you are living in million-dollar view with the most charming rooms and dining, this is the place. Incredible vista and views across the old town to the ocean. Wonderful room with a balcony and traditional furnishings which reflected the high-end charm of the hotel. Dinner overlooking the old town, was breathtaking.
We loved the sound of the church bells, they are loud and literally in front of the hotel, but thatâs part of its charm, and we didnât mind the steps down...

âWe absolutely loved staying at this property during our visit to Puerto Vallarta. The location was incredible, just 10 min walk to the beach. The views were stunning and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. We stayed in Estrella, and our balcony and bonus room were perfect. Breakfast in the morning was fresh fruit, coffee and toast with jam. We also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool area. Definitely wear good shoes as the property is on a very steep hill and the raods are cobblestone....
