“Rent och fint rum! Vi bytte rum och fick ett mot innergården istället! Då blev det tyst ! Inga bilar hördes! Väldigt gullig personal som gav oss presenter och hjälpte oss med bokningar! Väldigt bra frukost ! ”

“They didn’t have any real amenities. The lobby space was the only social gathering space which was also very small. I usually like hotels with areas to socialize and just hangout at. The hallways were very dim and the light in the rooms were also very dim. A lot of lamps, but not room ceiling lighting. The area was safe. Close to shopping malls, flea markets, and tourism centers which makes it perfect to stay at. no early check in was allowed. :(”

“Wonderful place right on Zocalo square with lovely rooftop restaurant, living up to advertised expectations. Friendly and very helpful staff. Also quiet to my surprise, even with window facing daytime busy street. We could sleep with window open :-) Free water and cafe for hotel guests adds to the benefits. Overall a great experience.”

“So I am very easy going roll with the punches checked in easily room was nice nothing like the picture you see first day got in at good time 5pm checked in easy went out came back went to sleep this is were it got horrible was woken at 530 am everyday by a dog barking constantly for hours in the morning it was the first night so I said maybe a fluke was I wrong everyday at 530 it would start barking and wouldn’t stop and finally after second night i went down and spoke to they staff about...

“Beautiful building and interior, nice food (breakfast) and drinks, very comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms (1 and 2). When it comes to service at the hotel, we felt that the will is there, but there is a lack in the execution. ”

“The hotel is located in a brilliant spot. Easy access to shopping, the big square, the Mirador, museums, food etc etc. Easy to take a Tube/taxi to other areas. Staff friendly, reception, restaurant and cleaning services but the hotel is a bit "tired". The water pressure in the shower was extremly low, the floor in the room not wet wiped very well and the quality of the breakfast left things to wish (one beeing that scrabled eggs etc not hot). Slept alright and wi fi was working good.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was really clean, the staff was very helpful and responsive. The aesthetics were top notch. You can tell everything was carefully thought out. The only thing we were not too fond of was the food. The view on the rooftop was so beautiful however so it made up for it . Def would recommend staying here ”
