“These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

“The communication was prompt, accurate, and polite full. Staff assisted by carrying out luggage upstairs, and is happy and polite. The massage chair was an amazing addition to our stay. In the heart of all shops. Will definitely book with them again.”

“My boyfriend and I stayed at AC Residence first one night when arriving to Kota Kinabalu and then one more night when returning to Kota Kinabalu after some days in Sandakan. The rooms have great standard and with all amenities you can need. They’ve really thought about what you need when traveling. The staff are super helpful with quick response time over WhatsApp. They stored our luggage during our trip to Sandakan and it stood waiting for us in the room when we checked in again - so...

“The Regis was perfect for our 3 night stay in KK. Virtual front desk through WhatsApp was very responsive to all inquiries and the on site staff was extremely helpful. The location next to the Imago Mall was also quite convenient for anything we need plus ehailing to different spots in KK.”

“The reception were very friendly and helpful. I made a last min request via email past midnight and wasn't expecting the staff to check the mail in time since I'm checking in on the same day, few hours later but they did, very much appreciated. Very good service, clean rooms, living up to the Hilton standard. ”

“綺麗に保たれておりましたが、予約した部屋は湿気が多いのか、空気が悪く感じました。 ｲﾏｺﾞｼｮｯﾋﾟﾝｸﾞｾﾝﾀｰまでは徒歩圏内のために非常に便利な立地です。”

“The location is very good and convenient, especially with easy access to nearby facilities and the shopping mall. However, the cleanliness of the room and the condition of some room facilities could be improved. More attention to housekeeping, maintenance, and ensuring all room facilities are in good working condition would make the stay more comfortable. Overall, the location is a strong point, but improvements in cleanliness and room facilities would enhance the guest experience.”

“Great place to stay, staff very helpful and lots of amenities”
