“After tent camping in Heber Springs since 1988, we came upon this lodge due to thunderstorms predicted. This was my best and favorite experience there. The cabin was spacious for everyone and the view of The Little River is breathtaking. My family enjoyed the guided fishing tours all inclusive. “There was no breakfast available besides a waffle maker. The staff said there was nothing else. And very rude. The bed was very hard I tossed and turned all night it wasn't comfortable at all.”

“from the first moment I arrived at my spot where my room was it looked disgusting. other tenants had trash and couches sitting out by their rooms like they were long term tenants. the windows nasty dirty the room was nast diry the bathroom tub had big holes. my family and I did not feel safe there at all since there were people sitting outside just staring. went to see if we could get refunded and denied that also. we were there for about 10 minutes. we left and found a better suited hotel.”

“Thankful that I could book at the last minute for a group of 5. The check in experience was great. We arrived late (4am) and were able to get right in via an electronic door code. The beds were absolute heaven! Everyone in my group agreed. Best nights sleep I’ve had in months! I was pleasantly surprised to find enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc to last our entire stay. Usually rentals just give you one roll and you have to supply the rest.
