All inclusive-hotell i Pleasanton - Livermore

“Executive summary - No real breakfast - Noisy surrounding - Slight lack of service The hotel itself is not bad compared to other similar hotels but what I missed though is a proper breakfast and a more appealing surrounding. This hotel was upgraded/ refurbished but the still have the wall to wall carpets in the guest room. What I really don't like is the horrible sound from the traffic on both sides of the hotel. “Disappointed in the room. The door was damaged on the hinge side and when we arrived the door could be pushed open without the key card. We had to make sure the door was closed securely each time we opened and closed it. We stayed 3 nights. The second day I asked the maid in the hallway to clean our room and bring towels and toilet paper. We were gone all day at a celebration of life and returned to our hotel exhausted. Our room was not cleaned. Our trash cans were full, we needed towels and...

“Everything was great. Would have given 5 stars, just the breakfast lacks…… When a property offers breakfast with a room, a “continental breakfast” means mostly crap. Otherwise the room, the property, the staff, the cleanliness was all great.”
