“I booked a King Bed Studio with Kitchen through Expedia for my family. When I arrived to check in, Rosey and Clarita told me that the room I booked was not available and only a smaller room with a smaller bed was available. What disappointed me most was that nobody informed me before arrival. If the hotel could not honor the room type I reserved, they should have contacted me so I could have made other arrangements for my family.
