“Our family had a wonderful stay here at Dawn and Kevin’s Sea Grass Cottage. It was perfect walking distance to restaurants, bakery, gift shops and a few blocks from the beach. The property was kept clean and the large porch and patio with seating was an added bonus.We will be back!!!”

“Easy walks to local restaurants. The beach was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs/loungers watching the activity on the water and on Sandy Hook’s bay beaches. Centrally located to a variety of things, including taking the Seastreak ferry into Manhattan. Appreciated the available parking for our rental car as grocery stores and such are a bit too far to walk. But it’s worth it to be on the beach. 😀. Thank you Dennis for creating this space.”

Best feature was three bedrooms, so couple could have one room, and each teen could have another. Also great: two bathrooms.
