In our cozy apartment we can accommodate up to four people as we have one double sized bed and one sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped with air-conditioners, a washing machine, tumble dryer, laundry detergents, an iron, ironing board, slippers and a blow dryer.

Living room:
The spacious living area is designed to provide you with all the comforts of your own home. The comfortable sofa bed, offers an ideal solution for groups of up to 4 guests, ensuring extra space for rest during your stay. The living room is also equipped with a 65-inch Smart TV. The comfortable living room features a French windows and a door leading to the balcony.
The Kitchen:
The open aria kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, an oven, induction stoves, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, bread toaster, teapot, hot water kettle, plates, cutlery and glasses, pots and pans, etc. Therefore, you are more than welcome to cook yourselves a nice breakfast and enjoy it inside at our cozy kitchen area. Included are coffee pods, tea bags, bottles of mineral water, sugar and sweeteners, spices, as well as various breakfast products.
The Bedroom:
The bedroom features a French windows and a door leading to the balcony. The room offers a comfortable double bed/160sm/ with duvet cover in cold weather, sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and the spacious three-door wardrobe provides ample space to store all your clothes and personal belongings, making our apartment suitable for longer stays as well and a 43-inch Smart TV. In this space, you will also find a compact desk and office chair, perfect for your remote working and a safe where you can store your valuables.
The Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower. You will find a dispenser with a soap, shower gel and shampoo, toothbrush holder, a hairdryer and hygiene supplies sets.
The Balcony:
Terrace, equipped with a small table and two chairs, so on fine days you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner outside, or enjoy a good aperitif in a quiet setting.

It's conveniently located as it takes 30 minutes walk to reach either central or the old town. It's 5 minutes walk to the International Fair Plovdiv.
The closest supermarket is a 2 minutes walk, with working hours 08:00-21:00 every day. There are Restaurants, Sushi bar, Burger bar, Cafeteria, Pharmacy, ATM and a Medical Centre/Hospital in the aria.
Bus stops are minutes away too. You can take busses number 7, 25, 27 to reach the central Train Station or the City Center.
The entire apartment, including the balcony, will be exclusively at your disposal during your stay. Before the check-in, we will ask you to review your identification documents in order to complete the registrations required by the law.
