“The beachfront location is unbeatable, and curling up by the gas fireplace in cozy bathrobes was pure bliss. On top of that, the guest text service made communication effortless—the team responded within minutes to everything we needed. The only downsides were that the walls are on the thinner side (you can hear nearby conversations quite clearly) and we noticed quite a few flies. Despite these few drawbacks, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!”

“Overall, we were really impressed with the location — it’s ideal for one couple traveling.Make sure to stop by Mad Martha’s, Lucy’s, and downtown Newburyport. We loved our dinners downtown, especially The Goat, where we enjoyed their Tuesday BOGO burgers and live music.”

“Very clean and charming. We enjoyed our stay!”

“Clean and well cared for; high end finishes; small but adorable with beautiful views from upstairs bedroom. Good communication with owners. ”

“Just finished a two night stay at this wonderful Inn. Beds were very comfortable, loved the seating area in the room with the fireplace and robes were so soft! We ate dinner at The Grove which is the onsite restaurant which was delicious. Would highly recommend this place-close to Newburyport, Rockport, and Gloucester!”
