“Our room was located on bottom floor. Between the noise from guest above us and city noise, we didn't sleep very well. They only offer coffee in the lobby. They did offer breakfast before covid. It would be nice to bring it back. Our mini fridge was stuck on freeze mode and almost froze my insulin before I saw it had been turned all the way up! In the bathroom the toilet was low to the ground causing a trip to the toilet an experience. When taking a shower, water temp very nice, but the shower...

“we were upgraded to a room with a kitchinette--a pleasant surprise. when we arrived in the room there was a dental pick on the floor--gross! Also, it was not great to step outside of the building and seeing a staff person in her uniform vaping. Food was okay.”
