"Fin utsikt, rent och fräscht"

"The good: It was easy to check in and the location is good. The price was also competitive. The bad: The room was small, but smaller than expected. The AC seemed to turn of during night so the room got hot from time to time. The three elevators couldn’t handle the amount of guests so you had to wait a lot. There was a strange and loud sound coming from the ventilation at some intervals. We lacked soap in the bathroom so had to use the one from the shower. We got one later on. Sometimes there was a smell from the drainage too. Not what we expected from a “4” star hotel. We will not be coming back to Lotte."

"A beautiful hotel situated with a fantastic view of Lotte Tower. Room really nice. Luxury! The personnel very kind and helpful. Should be treated better by some of the guests!!! They are doing a marvelous job! As a foreigner in this country I am impressed of the service."

"Hotel ligger bra, personal I receptionen var lite ohjälpsamma när jag behövde en sen utcheckning sista dagen efter jag bott där i sju nätter. Bra frukost, ok gym."
