Arrowhead Lake gated community: 2 lakes, 3 outdoor pools, 4 beaches, playgrounds, gym, clubhouse. A/C, open-concept, nice lawn, wooded views, 3 car driveway, well-equipped kitchen, new deck, gas grill . UNLIKE OTHER ARROWHEAD LISTINGS we pay the $20 registration fee and first $20 car gate fee. Labor Day to Memorial Day you pay $2 per person per day age 6 and up for the required temp. membership & $20 for each extra car; info required at booking. Ask about rate for extra guests. No smoking!!
The space
Non-smoking one-level home includes open concept living area with large screen Chromecast TV and Wi-Fi, dining table for 8, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and regular coffee maker. Each of the three bedrooms has a ceiling fan and air-conditioner unit, There is also A/C in open concept area. One of the couches in the living room is a pullout queen sleeper. Two full bathrooms, new full size washer and dryer. Bedding/kitchen & bath towels/soaps/tp and hair dryer provided. Bring your own beach towels. Deck with gas grill, dining table/chairs and lounge area. Grassy, flat back yard.

The neighborhood:
Two peaceful lakes, with no motorized watercraft, are perfect for swimming, fishing and kayaking. Kayaks and rowboats for rent. There are plenty of walking routes within the community and good hiking/biking trails in nearby state game lands. All provide abundant wildlife viewing opportunities.

Several take-out restaurants, a food store and a Wal-Mart are within a 15-minute drive. Deli is on the main road just outside the main gate.
Guest access
Use of full house except for 2 “owners closets”. Deck, grill and yard open for use. Neighbor may need to access our shed to get his mower or snow blower. Attic, shed and crawl space not for renters.
Other things to note
Our home is relatively new as compared to others in the community, many of which are from the 1960s. Ours was built in 2007 and has large windows for brightness. The master is spacious and has a king bed with select comfort air mattress - you can choose your settings for each side. TVs are in living room, master, and one of the guest rooms.

Note: there are outdoor cameras for security but of course none indoors.
