“This hotel was beautiful, bright and airy. Visually it is wonderful, modern, spacious, and very clean.
However, the bed was the worst sleep I’ve had in a hotel in a very long time. It was so hard, It felt like we were sleeping on plywood with a very thin mattress sitting on it. Our camper’s bed is more comfortable. In fact, we were happy we hadn’t reserved a second night because we got a terrible night sleep.”
“Not enough room to sit and eat at breakfast, I had to take my food to my room in which room door got stuck and i spilled most of my orange juice. Neighbors were playing a trumpet while trying to sleep. Pool overly crowded with children jumping in pool from sides. Morning lady at counter seemed rude when we said bye.”
“Pre - arranged pack-n-play for a 3rd child- was broken, phone to reach reception was not working, bathroom poorly kept: loose paint , dirty- will not be coming back. No one expects much from a two star hotel but at least cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms is a must”
“Didn’t like the housekeeping staff to walk into our room before checkout. Hopefully she didn’t see something she didn’t want to see. If she did she got a sight she can’t unsee. Lol. This was a very upscale hotel at the time and should still be. A little more upkeep is all it would take. Shotty painting and maintenance in the room is obvious. All in all we loved the nostalgia and beauty of the property. Would go back. But maybe upgrade to a nicer room.”
