“Great place, great location. Service great. Feels like five star. If I come to Livorno again will be back. Nice restaurants in the area and a great place for coffee and spritz in the same building on the other side. Bar and Cafe Veneto. Indoor pool surprisingly refreshing. ”

“Only there for a short stay, 1 night and we arrived very late. Had contacts with the receptionist which was very helpful. When we arrived later than anticipated it wasn’t a problem at all, reception open 24/7 and the late night shift was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night but from what reception we got I would look forward to stay there again in the future. They were helpful to give us breakfast to go for our next destination. ”

“Exceptional service, exceptional place! We couldn’t be more happy with the stay. Great location, close to airport and train station and close to major sites. The team managing this B&B is 5 star. We stayed 4 nights and explored not only Pisa but Florence, Lucca etc. It was great coming back every day to a quiet place. The Breakfast was also terrific. The high rates they get are indeed well deserved. ”

“A lovely B&B, very luxuious feeling! High ceilings with ceiling paintings and lovely interor design. The hosts Andy and Andrew were super sweet and helpful, giving loads of tips on how to best experience a city they clearly love. The B&B is situated just off the main street, so a 1 minute walk to the main shopping street with restaurants and a 10 minutes walk to the Cathedras square and the leaning tower. Would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pisa. ”

“The hotel has perfect location, just next to the tower. The room was large, fridge and water boiler. Nice bathroom, quality towels. Some rooms have tower view, we choose room to other side, quiet and nice with balcony. No breakfast, but a restaurant/bar just outside. There are several not so easy stonecstairs, no elevator, no help with luggage. Communication was limited. Not staffed all the time. Booked taxi, checked that it was booked, then probably was not, never came… It is a nice hotel, you...
