“Very Bad Coustomer service front desk.When I check in the guy was so rude .The room was 130 A .I took pictures of two cockroach.They were running around in the room.We will never going back again this Wyndham hotel in San Diego.Very Bad .”

“We had a cockroach in our room. The staff was not helpful when we brought them the roach. We were not offered a new room or a refunded for that night. Reached out the property manager and got no response. We also requested cleaning services two days in a row and never received service.”

“It's a place to crash after a long day, not to spend time in. Your bed won't be.made. Fresh towels are by request. No phones in the rooms, so if you need anything, you must go to the desk. The previous client had medium length straight black hair and was travelling with a lady who had longer straight black hair. I'll let you figure out how I know that. Goid value, but you get what you pay for. I won't skimp on the hotel again...”

“Start to finish it was excellent. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The room and the bathroom were very clean and the staff was very helpful. The only problem I had was the rice paper toilet paper.”

The room we were first given was located right next to the elevator and the lobby bar, which caused significant noise throughout the evening. In order to move to a quieter room one floor up, we were required to pay an additional fee — something we found unreasonable given the circumstances. We had expected better service and understanding from the staff. ”
