“The owners are very friendly and helpful and we got an upgrade to a King size bed (instead of Queen) which was appreciated. The room was also towards the street which is much better than towards the courtyard. It was also great to have free parking which can be very expensive. The area is nice with lots of bars, restaurants and good breakfast places. Unfortunately this is a very run down facility. In order to move to a quieter room one floor up, we were required to pay an additional fee — something we found unreasonable given the circumstances.
