With two living areas, a kitchen, and an outdoor deck with BBQ, it’s ideal for families, groups, couples, business travellers, and weddings. Enjoy direct beach access just 200m away, close to the surf club, golf course, tennis courts, cafés, the iconic lighthouse, and a short drive to Bellarine wineries.

Step into a bright, beach house filled with natural light, vaulted ceilings, and exposed wood beams. Our space is designed for relaxation and connection, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.

2 separate living spaces provide plenty of room for everyone. The main open-plan area combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge, features a Smart TV, and opens directly onto the outdoor deck. A second private living dining room offers additional space and flexibility. The home is fitted with heating and air-conditioning for year-round comfort, plus free high-speed Wi-Fi—ideal for families, streaming, business travellers, and remote work.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
A large kitchen with a central island, fridge-freezer, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave, and all kitchen essentials.
DINING
An indoor dining table seats 8, plus kitchen bench of 6-8 people, with additional outdoor dining on the deck for 8+ people.
BEDROOMS & LINEN
We supply bed linen, sheets, pillows and doonas, with 1 bath towel for each guest.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with a private walk-in ensuite bathroom (sleeps 2)

Bedroom 3: 2 single bunk beds (sleeps 4)
Please note:
Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own. If you need extra beds, linen, or towels, kindly let us know before checking in. Additional linen use may incur extra cleaning and laundry fees.
BATHROOMS & ESSENTIALS
A private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, a second bathroom with shower and bathtub, plus an additional toilet. Fresh bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash, provided for all guests.
