“Brigantine beach is a very nice area, just a few minutes north of Atlantic City, and the hotel is located just next to the long and beautiful beach. The hotel is in desperate need for renovation but it was clean as far as the old and worn facilities allowed. No housekeeping services are included but the room had a small kitchen so we could cook our own food (there's a large ACME a few minutes away and a local grocery store 2 mins walk away). “The Showboat is old and smells like mildew and dog droppings. We needed multiple keys for the room but once one key was activated it automatically deactivated the other. It was advertised to have a seasonal outdoor pool. The pool clearly had be closed for years and we were forced to drive to another hotel and pay $50 just to lounge at their pool. When I complained to CozySuites about it, it was met with no radio silence. The room itself wasn’t horrible but I will never used them again.”
