“Clean nice staff”

“The pool was okay as far as cleanliness but it was way too chilly for me and my granddaughter to swim and play in. I realize there is a cost associated with a heated pool but in the winter it would have been a nice treat. I was told it was at room temperature and apparently that is considered warm enough to some people just not for me! Highly disappointed especially since there isn’t a hot tub. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone looking for a nice pool.”

“Rooms had a bunch of mold around the tables and a bad smell. We moved 2 times and then decided not to stay. The hotel staff told us we needed to contact Expedia for the refund. We contacted Expedia and they contacted the hotel and they denied our refund. Overall a once decent hotel is now a dump. ”

“We chose this Hotel as it was in a great location for the Ceremonial start of the Iditarod. We were able to walk anywhere we needed to go for these events. Rooms were clean and up to date. Only thing thst we noriced we would have wanted was a microwave. One thing that did surprise us was the cost of parking in the area. $40/day to park your vehicle with the valet, and almost as much to park anywhere else in the area. ”

“The staff was the best! In Anchorage from the Kenai for surgery, we received so much kindness and assistance. From the initial greeting of someone to help with our luggage through the rest of our 4-day stay, we were pleasantly surprised with the courtesy and thoughtfulness of the staff. The room was clean and well maintained, but it was the people who were the number one reason we'll go back. The blonde lady at the desk, the talented breakfast preparer, the room service attendants--all of them...

“The rooms were amazing. They were clean just be sure to lock your doors. We forgot one night and our car was rummaged through. Things were stolen it’s our fault we forgot to lock our door, cause our hands were full, it obviously is a hotspot to go through cars,.but other than that, everything was amazing to the pool through the cleanliness and all .”
