Hotell nära Prince William Sound

“Starting with safety: the hotel was informed the parking lot is unsafe because hard pack had not been removed so each parking spot had about a 9” bowl in the middle of a chunk of ice. The parking lot remained unsafe for the duration of checkout. No cleaning service available despite staying 3 nights. “Paid $30 for early check in and there was no room available as it still needed to be cleaned. When I let the receptionist know that we paid the $30 fee to be able to check early. She went to say there was still no room available until I stated I paid that fee, then there was a room available. We were on the first level, walked down the stairs and it smelled like weed and cigarettes. Then we we got to our room, my husband went to use the bathroom and went to dry his hands and the towel he grabbed...

“Clean and comfortable ”

“This was a quiet modern place. An adequate included breakfast and I even got a work out in their small gym.”

“Front desk staff member was unfriendly a slightly rude during check in. Hotel is nice and clean. I had a king suite with separate bedroom. The tv was small for price of the room and the channel options are severely limited. No option to link to personal NetFlix or YouTube. Weight room was decent. Also, only two very small trash cans fit the size of the suite-odd. Might be a decent option during the Summer when you plan to spend less time in the room or hotel. ”
