“Bernadette and Rich were gracious hosts and provided anything we thought we might need. They helped us when my car hit a deer They took me to get the loaner so we could go home. I enjoyed my conversations with Bernadette almost in a daily basis as she is always doing something. Since we are moving to Texas i just found our first friends. helpful.”

“My family adored our stay on this lovely, serene property. We spent a lot of time at the creek. My kids loved being able to pet the goats and see the chickens. It was very peaceful and restful. We made a fire in the fire pit each night and told stories. It was easy to cook on the little cook stove. Everything was clean and we had all we needed. Very thoughtfully set up cabin. The hostess is always available if needed. We loved it. ”

“Very clean and peaceful. My daughter and I had a week of writing to do and this was a great place for it. The beds are comfortable, and when taking a break we made 3 loops around the neighborhood walking. The only concern someone might need to know, if it rains you might get stuck driving to house from road. We were glad it wasn’t raining. ”

“We had a great time at this beautiful cabin! This home had all amenities needed for a relaxing stay! We loved the location being a short walk to the lake and park and being able to watch the fireworks across the lake. The home and outside area was clean, comfortable and we felt at home. Peaceful, lots of bird watching from deck. very functional Kitchen, house layout (wish we had come here when we had small kids, even has a secret room under the stairs), deck was huge with massive picnic table. Dock was really nice, but we couldn't get in water due to weather/debri due to storms. AC is very strong and cooled house down quickly.
