“Clean room, friendly staff.”

“The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast is waffles, English muffins, tiny muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, apples, cereal, and juice. I wish the pool were open later in the evening, it closes at 10. It's overall a good hotel for the budget guest, comfortable and clean. And not run down. I felt like parking was reasonably safe as well. ”

“All linens and towels were stained. Bathrooms had black mold. Beds had bugs (not bed bugs in our booking). Beds didn’t come with blankets. Constant screaming and cigarette smells in the rooms”

“Our room in OYO Hotel in St. Helen's, OR, was very basic. It was clean and the beds were adequate. The floor had paint spills all over it and the walls had some holes and peeling paint. There was a large refrigerator. The staff member at check-in was VERY nice and funny. Unfortunately, he had to ask everyone for a CASH damage deposit since their system for holding deposits was not working with credit cards. We did not have the amount he was asking for, but he accepted $40. We thought this...

“This hotel was very dirty. My shoes were sticking to the floors. There was staines all over the carpet and loud people walking up and down the hallway. I did not sleep off in the hotel. When the cab driver picked me up he said “this is a very bad neighborhood and I should not come back here.” ”

“The front desk person, when we checked in, was very cold and unfriendly like he hated being there. We reserved an efficiency queen room and it wasn’t a queen bed, it was a double. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable, I woke up with a lot of neck pain. The room was nice and roomy but the sink was dirty with a bunch of dark gray debris that was smelly. The room had a very strong odor of spices that did not lighten up even with the balcony left open to air it out. Don’t stay here if you need...
