“The place was in a great location and the apartment was pretty clean. The host group was nice and we had good communication. Our only real complaint is that the apartment is not fully air conditioned, there is only a small ac unit in the kitchen but nothing in the living room and a small fan in the bedroom. Opening the windows helped slightly but still was pretty hot most of the time. I would recommend bringing a fan if possible or the host getting some more. The heat wave is so much i’m sure...

“The location is brilliant and with a boulangerie underneath the apt, the smell in the stair well is yum! The apt itself is awesome, a great space and very clean except the sofa bed is only suitable for small kids, or one adult. The linen is very tired and needs to be replaced, it would also be could to have basic useful supplies in the kitchen. ”

“Très bel appartement situé dans Annecy le vieux (à ne pas confondre avec le vieil Annecy) . Correspond parfaitement à l’annonce ( propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé). Résidence calme avec commerces à proximité. Une place de parking dans la résidence est toujours disponible, ce qui est un plus. Procédures d’arrivée et de départ faciles, le personnel est agréable et arrangeant. La région est magnifique. On ne s’y ennuie jamais entre sorties sportives, culturelles, shopping, resto, balades …....
