"This hotel has great location and among the most convenient hotel for shopping. The hotel has a connecting bridge from lobby to the Langham Place mall. The sad part of this hotel worn furniture and overall shabby interior. The worst is the poor cleaning before letting another guest move in inte the room. When I checked in and took a look at the toilet there was used shaver on the floor and around the bathtub there other waste. Then I checked further in the room then there was poorly vacuum floor and stains left on the side table. This poor cleaning although I sent the hotel notice of special arrangement for dust free room due to allergy. Then they kept me waiting for 2 hours for another “upgraded” room. The room turn out to be of the exactly the same room type. The staff kept us waiting even though they knew we have had a long flight and being waiting for another room to shower and take rest. Waste of customers’ time, ignorant and lack of respect! I was supposed to stay at Cordis 2 nights during my trip, but I decided to cancel the second night. "
