We checked the room out and only had a queen bed with a single sofa bed. I asked Arri at the check-in counter if it was possible to upgrade the room to fit the 4 of us. She went out of her way to find a room that had a double sofa bed to accommodate us. She was great. The only problem I had was the elevator was broken. We had someone that had a hard time with stairs and they put us on the 4th floor,...
âThe rooms with the Kimg beds are so comfortable and well worth. stay. Room clean and comfortable. Hallways and Ruga could use some TLC but still would recommend a stay here 7/10. â
âGreat personal check in experience. Updated rooms with kitchen. Not enough dishes for 2 people but only need to Walk across parking lot and eat in the pub.
Shower curtain should be replaced but otherwise will stay again. â
âBreakfast was really great. Many choices available and was a full hot breakfast.
Rooms were nice only issue is the AC is really loud when it kicks in. I woke up to it inthe middle of the night. â
âClean, modern hotel on the west side of Medicine Hat. The hotel was easily accessed. Rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable beds and had good lighting. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Free breakfast as per usual hotel free breakfasts.
There is a Boston Pizza and Keg, next door. Both offer discounts to hotel stays.
Overall, good value.
