Midway between Disney and the Gulf beaches

This quiet neighborhood house is conveniently midway between the Gulf beaches and Tampa attractions (Busch Gardens, The Florida Aquarium, ZooTampa), and Orlando attractions (Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, SeaWorld). The small but fully-equipped kitchen is open to the living room, the washer and dryer are yours to use, parking is off-street in a driveway, and in addition to the three bedrooms, additional sleeping is available on the large wrap-around couch.

The house has a smart TV in the living room (with an antenna w/25+ channels), an additional smart TV in the master bedroom (with an antenna w/25+ channels), high-speed internet, and Wi-Fi available. Mature trees provide shade throughout the day in the front and back yards. (The back yard is PARTIALLY fenced, NOT fully)

The three bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans/lights on remote control. A floor fan is also available.

The master bathroom includes grab bars for those who may need stability in the shower or bathroom.

A small (complimentary) gas grill is on the back patio, along with fresh herbs from a small herbs garden.

A brief walk or drive brings you to the local fishing pier, basketball and tennis courts, a local park, and access to Van Fleet State Trail (29.2 miles long!) and Auburndale Teco Trail (6.6 miles long).

We are pet friendly, and understand traveling with animals (we travel with ours!).

Exterior security cameras and lighting (interior security cameras will be inactive during your stay; we reserve the right to briefly monitor the interior cameras if we receive complaints from neighbors).

They had cut down the trees in the back yard and the swing was broken and leanind on the back wall. The fountain was overgrown by weeds and there was no place to sit. The tv that is hooked up to an antenna and advertised to have 24 channels didnt work. They said we could log onto our own apps or use the ones that a previous person had left logged in. All of this was relayed to us by the cleaning lady who lives next door, not the manager. This is just a few of the problems.

Clean house. Seems like a good neighborhood. A good, comfortable stay for a couple of nights. King bed was very soft, not the best for my back. The TV in the livingroom did not work. It just kept cycling back to the home screen. No batteries in bedroom TV remote. Record player also did not work, which was disappointing.

The home was as advertised. The furniture in the liy room was a bit more worn than it appeared online but it was still comfortable. The home was clean and comfortable and was perfect for the short trip we made to Florida. Host was quick to respond and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Our host was very responsive, accommodating and easy to work with - the property location very convenient, house offered plenty of space, was clean and included many helpful extra amenities such as hair dryers, blenders,etc.which was greatly appreciated . All services worked well(a/c, internet, dishwasher, laundry machines), and made this stay very enjoyable...looking forward to revisiting this site in the future!

Great location for Sun n Fun

My family and I stayed here for our annual trip to Sun n Fun in Lakeland. This comfortable home ended up being cheaper than a hotel room! Location was in a quiet neighborhood about 25 minutes from Lakeland. Very clean property, easy keypad door entry on arrival. comfortable beds and cold AC. Would definitely recommend!

Came down to Florida from Tennessee to visit my grandchildren and my sisters the house essentially located between where they all live. Good area. You feel safe there. Nice home comfortable all the amenities that you need. Are there. Look forward to staying there again this is our second time staying there and will definitely book this place

Overall the property was clean and as described. There may need to be some updates (lightbulbs replaced, some holes patched) and possibly linen updates to the towels. But, it was good for our needs!
