“I checked in after hours, it was extremely fast and efficient. Gentleman at the desk was informative and helpful. At some point during our stay the elevators went out, there was a woman checking in with her mother when I was in the lobby for separate reason. The person checking in was very rude to the young lady behind the desk, the employee handled it very very well. The customer was upset about the elevator and was unnecessarily rude to the employee. “We stayed in this lovely home with our 4 grandchildren and visited Kennedy space Center 1 hour away and SeaWorld 20 minutes away. The kitchen has everything we needed for spegetti dinner and breakfasts. The appliances are new and there's plenty of seating for dining. Beds and bedding are great. Wifi and TV are easy to navigate. Walmart is only a couple of miles away. The pool and hot tub were a hit! We have this home on our favorites list to return!”
