“We stayed in this villa for 14 nights. For the first 3 days we had huge issues with the electrical system, which is very old. This caused frequent an lengthy outages, which means no air conditioning or electrical fans…The villa is nice but it has not been renovated, and it is basically falling into pieces, which is a shame given the nice location.”

“We went there with 19 persons. A wonderful place on the top of a hill so always a nice breeze despite some hot summer days. A bunch of place to be and spread out. Well equipped kitchen to cook for a big group. Nice midsize Pool. The Check-in was quite tricky because the coworker of the Host spoke italian only. For this reason we got poor local and organizational informations. Help your self…”

“The convent is a lovely, large 16th century building which we shared as a family of 11 for 2 weeks and found it heavenly. The house is very interesting, fun and the bathrooms are a bit rustic (which adds to it's charm) but the garden is perfection. So beautiful, peaceful, fragrant and the yoga platform inspired me to do yoga every morning looking across the valley at Mount Amiata in the distance. The family used the pool every day. Sandy, the live in housekeeper, is charming and was a big help...

“Wir haben das schöne Haus zu dritt für 14 Tage gebucht. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und besitzt alles was man benötigt. Besonders genossen haben wir die Abende auf dem Hof. Es gibt Liegen zum Entspannen und einen schönen Grill. Die Sitzecke unter dem beleuchteten Olivenbaum läd gerade dazu ein, abends mit der Familie zu spielen oder einfach nur die Abendstunden zu genießen. “We stayed at the property (the larger apartment in the double house) for 2 weeks nad thouroghly enjoyed the remote location away from the busy city life with our own little pool. The house is located about 12km from Pitigliano where there are several restaurants and two larger supermarkets. There is a small minimarket down the road (about 300-400m) with basic groceries as well. There is no air conditioning in the house, but it wasn't a problem as long as we held all the doors and windows...

Excellent, will return!

"A 10/10 experience throughout (and an amazing hot spring, with millennia worth of history). Not for anyone going for a budget experience, but worth every penny. Can recommend trying to stay for at least a couple of nights, as a single night might make you struggle to do everything you can and want to do. Only issues were a misunderstanding during check-out (so I had to pay twice for something, but I had thrown away the receipt so partially my fault), and that the valet parking guy had changed all settings on my car as it was returned."
