“Great breakfast, spacious rooms, friendly staff. Laundry also very convenient.”

“Booked 2 rooms. The air conditioning was broken in one of the rooms and it was like sleeping in sauna. Reached out to the owner twice to see about a partial refund and never heard anything back. There were weird stains on the sheets in one of the rooms as well.”

“What a great location for exploring Salida, right on the river, just off F street. An unusual location on the second story of an historic building (only for those able and willing to climb the stairs to the units.) The rooms are nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, the balcony looking over the river is a great place to enjoy the views. Good AC, and quiet. We feel so lucky we found this mini hotel which is run like an Airbnb. Easy to contact the manager who is very helpful.”

“Clean and tidy. Cute little room. The only suggestions I have for improve is to add nightstands. I've neve stayed in a place that didn't have at least one. Very awkward not having a place besides the floor to sit things like phone, glasses, tv remote etc.”

“The hot springs were excellent. Getting down to the river to experience the hot river water was another story. We could not find a clearly easy way to the river without hopping over large dangerous river rocks so we had to forego that. Staff was little help with that problem. So we were disappointed as that was the reason we came. The hotel rooms at Mt Princeton are relatively expensive. We stayed in the cheaper "Hillside" rooms which were also expensive but were the only thing available...

“This was the perfect place to rest and recharge. The intention around everything provided was evident and thoughtful. This place was a little slice of paradise. The bed was super comfortable and being able to see the full moon while falling asleep was incredible. Thank you so much for your hospitality and care!!”
