Street parking is just a few meters from the property. Self check-in makes your arrival easy. Please sort your waste using the bins provided and take it to the local collection point, a few meters from the house, at the end of your stay. Pets are not allowed due to allergies. Events and smoking inside are not permitted.



The apartment is conveniently located at the entrance to the village, on the main road. An ATM and bus stop are just 50 meters away. Monte Tellero, with a football field and event area, is a 20-30 minute walk. Many hiking and biking trails are within a short drive. Ponna is halfway between Como and Lugano, and top attractions like Lanzo d’Intelvi with Sighignola, Porlezza, Menaggio, Argegno, and Schignano are easily accessible.
