"Was not able to get access to my room due to night staff unable to fix the key. Had to spend the night finding a new hotel where everything was fully booked. Able to receive full refund and apology from manager efficiently, but left a bad impression from the night prior. Need better communication and service from night staff, and message that special steps need to be taken if coming in later in the evening. "
