“We came to the Azores for my daughter's wedding. My wife picked out this place from the pic's on your site. The place far surpassed the photos. Have never seen grounds that were so beautiful and the cottage was just as nice. Great owners, friendly neighbors. Easy access to the highway. If (or when) we come back, I would stay here once again.”

“Beautiful gated location on the very end of a dead end lane. Gardens are gorgeous with sculptures created by owner and many seating areas throughout the property. Bonita and Ed were very helpful with local issues such as restaurants, shopping, etc.”

Our flights were cancelled and Bonita worked with us to make some changes. They offered wonderful restaurant suggestions and spots to visit. “It’s a beautiful setting in the garden. The home is roomy and cozy, it has everything you need. It had a musty smell which is typical, I kept the windows open always which got rid of the smell. Windows have screens which is much appreciated! It is below another apartment so you do hear some footsteps and noise. This is why I didn’t give it full stars. You can sometimes hear dogs and loud cars in the distance but it’s not too bothersome.”

“Nous avons séjourné en famille 5 jours au mois d’Aout 2023 dans la maison La Nouvelle. La vue sur l’océan est magnifique, une route passe juste en dessous mais n’est pas bruyante et ne se voit pas depuis la terrasse. Nous avons pu profiter du siège suspendu pour regarder l’océan en fin de journée. Le logement est globalement bien équipé. 2 salles de bains bien pratiques. Notre fille a dormi dans le salon sur le canapé lit. La maison est située à 10min du centre ville à pied et 5 min de la plage...

“Hemos estado muy a gusto en la casa. Nos ayudaron con la llegada y para el coche de alquiler. La casa está completa, muy acogedora y con todo lo necesario. Tanto Jorge como Susana muy agradables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo necesario. Compartimos ratos con ellos en la piscina y fue como estar con amigos. Para repetir!!”

“We stayed here previously in a suite which was not available on this trip. We had a studio which was nice, but on top floor If I was even 5 years younger it would have been fine. Helpful with parking our rental. There is some free parking close by but it is by luck until 5 pm. Costs €4 to park over 24 hours, which isn’t bad. Lots of great restaurants close by.”
