Clearly furnished with love, equipped with everything you need (a coffee machine AND coffee pods!), a beautiful pool, and an amazing view over to Assisi.The owners were welcoming, and Daniela was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Assisi isn't really within walking distance, but Daniela recommended a great driver, and there are some pretty villages and towns not too far away.”

“This was truly a trip of a lifetime and staying at this Villa was the smartest I ever made. We were a group of 24; one toddler, and the rest aged 18-70. The property and villa was immaculate. “We had a great week staying at Villa Nuba. Lovely pool area, perfect for families. Giuseppe, the owner, was very helpful and gave us a good introduction to surrounding area, restaurant recommendations etc. Good location close to central Perugia which offers many great restaurants, but be prepared for some steep uphill walks!”
