This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 level beachfront home is perfect for multi-family gatherings! You'll love the secluded feel of the beach - there are no public access points within a mile in either direction. Watch dolphins play in the surf from one of our three decks. Enjoy the ocean breezes with a tropical drink in hand on the covered patio. Hours of natural entertainment is just steps away down our private stairs to the beach. The boogie boards, sand toys, and beach chairs we provide are easy to bring to the beach from our outdoor storage. Our new flat turf game area is perfect for bocce ball, giant jenga or cornhole games - all provided.

Our gorgeous home layout is very popular for multiple families. Scroll through pics for a rendering of the layout. The large bunk room on the first floor has two twin over full bunk beds, plus a twin trundle bed. The kids have their own place to hang out as well as their own streaming TV. Washer and dryer are on the first floor to make planning and packing for your vacation even more convenient.

Up the stairs to the second floor, you are greeted with amazing floor-to-ceiling ocean views. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook. I will also share my local favorites if sampling the local food scene is more your style! Eat-in kitchen seats 4 and the dining room table seats 8. Another streaming TV and sectional allows everyone to gather comfortably in the family room. Spacious queen bedroom on the second level has convenient access to full bath in hall.

The third floor has two primary suites with ensuite bathrooms. One suite has a queen bed with ensuite shower. The other bedroom offers a king bed with ensuite garden tub and shower. Both master suites have private balconies for early morning coffee or a late night stargazing with a glass of wine. We offer a Pack n Play that will fit comfortably in any of the bedrooms in the house.

Magical Moments FL was designed with telecommuting in mind. We have free reliable high-speed wifi. We have one dedicated office space - complete with ocean view - to make your work-cation as enjoyable as possible! We also have a portable laptop desk that can easily be moved to your favorite location for virtual meetings.

Magical Moments FL is just minutes from all the fun, food, and history of St. Augustine. Your vacation can be as active or as relaxed as you choose. There are paddleboard, kayak, and bicycle rentals just down the road; boat tours to sit back and enjoy; or just lounge on our decks and watch the waves!

Everything was wonderful from the host, to the beautiful beach house. The area was a lot of fun and there was something you could do everyday. My family and I enjoyed ourselves very much. Some of my family do not like firm beds but others did. So that is just a preference thing. That is the only thing I heard anything about except that mom and dad got the master bedroom. Thank you very much for an awesome family vacation.

Nina’s vacation #12 I take my six grandkids every year on a vacation and found this amazing house on the beach. That’s super exceeded all of our expectations. From corresponding with Natalie in the beginning to making this house happen to checking out is 5 the location, the accessibility to the beach you can’t put into words it’s just spectacular. From sunrise on the balcony watching dolphins to playing on the beach at night. Enjoyed ghost Lighthouse tour, parasailing, alligator zip lining., Just staying at this perfect picture house for a week with so many amenities to use. Highly recommended for families memories plenty plenty of room thank you for this house and Natalie for help making those memories

The Treadwell Family… thoroughly enjoyed their stay!!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your breathtaking home! We were here celebrating our 10th Wedding Anniversary! We had our Vow Renewal at Crosswater Hall on September 6th and Thanks to the complimentary champagne you provided.. at midnight we were able to kick-off our Anniversary with a champagne toast on the beach… Your attention to detail did not go unnoticed and was very much appreciated!!! Everything about your house is amazing.. we made new memories with family & friends that popped in and we even had time to just rest… relax… and regroup.. We will be back… but we are definitely looking forward to your North Carolina location! Sincerely from our hearts to yours Team Treadwell!!!

Exceeded expectations

The online description did not do this property justice. From check-in to check out it exceeded expectations. Property was extremely well-kept and Natalie kept us up to speed on everything and was easily accessible when necessary. Location was Ideal for everything food , Shopping, etc. I would highly recommend staying here when in the Jacksonville / Saint Augustine area.

Awesome beach week!

We had a fantastic time at the beech this week! The house was perfect for our family and we loved having the beach as our literal backyard. We enjoyed hanging out on the porch, grilling out, playing games in the yard and ventured into St. Augustine a few times. Natalie was a great host and was super responsive...really easy to work with. We plan on coming back!

Amazing Stay!

Nat our host was fantastic. Very responsive and helpful. House - pretty close to perfect. All the amenities you need, kitchen stocked, perfect for a large family, living area accommodates 8 or more, outdoor decks and fun zone were better than any beach house we have ever rented. Oceans views beautiful, beach large and flat and great for walking, swimming, surfing etc. Overall an easy 10!

Family vacation

The house was just as pictured and the host was very responsive for questions. The house is in an awesome location and has a great view. The outdoor area is perfect for spending time if you don't want to stay on beach all afternoon. I would definitely stay there again! The house is close to St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra so there are plenty of good restaurant options. A great to just relax for the week!

Beautiful Beach

Wonderful, clean home on the most beautiful beach! Close to TPC and St. Augustine. Everything you could possibly need in house for a lovely beach vacation. Very quiet with awesome views from main living and upstairs bedrooms. Couldn’t have asked for anything better for our quick family trip.

Thanksgiving gateway

Our Thanksgiving at this VRBO was a feast of fun! The house was so clean, even the dust bunnies had vacated for the holiday. Decor? Imagine Santa's workshop, but with more style. The kids rated it "cozy fort" level awesome, especially with the firepit for s'more showdowns. The beach was practically our VIP section—too cold for a dip, but sandcastles and sunrise walks? A+ Balcony bird watching was like a reality show, and those sunrises? Mother Nature, you show-off! Note to self: bring binoculars next time for the bird gossip. This place turned our holiday into a five-star flick. We're planning an encore. Thanks for the vibes and the giggles, Natalie!

Better than a Sound Machine

I grew up in a house that sported floor to ceiling windows in the back of the house. It was so tranquil looking out at our beautiful garden. This house also sported floor to ceiling windows. The view? A lovely beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The sound of the waves lulled me to sleep every night. I laid in bed every morning to the view of the sun rising and the pounding surf. It was breathtaking! The property manager, Natalie, responded to any texts and calls I made within a half hour. The house was immaculately clean. Natalie left us with everything we could possibly need. We did not need to buy toilet paper, paper towels, soap, detergent or coffee. We had 8 adults and an infant in our group, yet we still never needed more of any staple. The deck is newer and beautiful. We were entertained sitting in the Adirondack chairs there gazing at the ocean. We felt like it was our own private beach as public access was a mile in either direction. There were games galore in a dining room cabinet. There were beach toys, a beach umbrella, towels and beach chairs. I think you can tell we loved our vacation at Magical Moments! We hope to return soon!

Absolute paradise

Our family vacation was amazing! The house is beautiful and spacious with a great location. The views were breathtaking! If I owned the house I do t think I would want to leave at all! The proximity of the beach was great and we had everything we needed for it. Natalie was a great host who answered our questions immediately. We will definitely be back. Just wish our drive was shorter bc it was brutal.

It doesn’t get any better than this

This was a family trip to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The property was better than the listing shows. The circle drive made for easy access. The new lower patio was perfect for sunbathing or sitting in the shade. Easy access to the private, clean beach was great. I wish we had brought binoculars so we could have seen the dolphins better. Only downside was having to leave.
