Beach front

Great location, but place needs updating

Property is located in an excellent beach front location and check in was hassle free. Did not have a need to communicate with the property manager other than to locate the bbq grill. However, property is in very poor condition and needs extensive updates. Property was not clean upon arrival and we were not advised of the construction next door before booking. Honestly expected more for paying over a thousand dollars per night.

Not as clean and up to date for the price

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the moneyWe recently stayed @ property, and while there were some positives, the overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the price we paid.First, the house was in need of serious upkeep. Many things were broken or in poor condition. The Adirondack chairs were falling apart—one even broke while my mom, who isn’t heavy, was sitting in it. There were nails sticking out of the deck floorboards, which led to some painful stubbed toes. The windows didn’t lock properly, and one came off its hinges entirely. Additionally, the tubs were moldy and rusted, and the house itself needed fresh paint both inside and out.Some dishes had stuck-on food and lipstick marks, which was off-putting. Even basic necessities were lacking—there was a shortage of toilet paper, and we were given no beach chairs/umbrellas. Even the soap dispensers had water added to them in order to save money??We were also surprised by the construction happening next door. It started early in the morning and ran through the week (7 am to 4 pm). We weren’t warned about this in advance, and it really impacted the peace and quiet we were hoping for.While there were some positive aspects, such as a private beach, plenty of plates, and a TV in every room, the long list of issuEs didn’t outweigh the good. We flew in from all parts to see each other. I would not stay here again. This house has potential and I can overlook a lot of things but this was a disappointment .

Great location-hot house

The good: location, beach front views, plenty of outdoor chairs, kitchen was well equipped. The bad: AC units do not cool. The top floor stays around 81 degrees at coolest at night. When entering the house at front door the front entry is actually a bedroom that again never cools down. The bottom floor smells like mildew which is apparent from the dehumidifier that we kept dumping. The entire house needs a deep cleaning there are dust bunnies on woodwork, lighting fixtures and under furniture and beds. The house could use a paint job interior and exterior. I do not recommend this house.

A Heartwarming Experience with Noble Stay and Karen

Our experience with Noble Stay and Karen was nothing short of exceptional. We rented a beach house from them recently and encountered a minor issue with the AC. However, their responsiveness and efficiency in getting it fixed almost immediately truly impressed us. It was clear that they prioritize guest comfort and satisfaction above all else. What truly set them apart was Karen's extraordinary effort and kindness. My daughter had accidentally left behind her beloved baby blanket, which held immense sentimental value as it was handmade by her grandmother. Despite the time that had passed, Karen went out of her way to locate the blanket and ensured it was safely mailed back to us. This act of genuine care and dedication went above and beyond our expectations. We cannot recommend Noble Stay and Karen highly enough. Their commitment to their guests' happiness and comfort, coupled with their outstanding customer service, makes them a standout choice for anyone looking to rent a vacation property. We are grateful for their exceptional service and will certainly be returning for future stays.

Great spring break trip

The weather was perfect all week during this spring break trip with family. The beach was beautiful with very few people actually on the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes, glasses, and cookware. It would have been nice to have a Keurig coffee maker, though! There were plenty of towels and beach towels. The beds were comfortable. We loved sitting in the adirondack chairs on the covered porch and in the sun. We weren't expecting the downstairs area to be a totally separate apartment, but it was a nice area. The home was clean in obvious areas, but needed a little more vacuuming under the furniture and the bathtubs had very slow drains - both things that are easy to fix :-) Karen was great to work with and quickly responded to messages. The charcuterie box was so nice upon our arrival!

January stay

Wonderful location and home for family time at the beach. Tons of shells on the beach for the kids to sort through. This home has all the needed kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies. It even has more matching plates, dishes, and cups then our family of 11 needed. We were not expecting that the house was split into 2 units that required us to walk around outside but the weather was beautiful so that was not an issue. Only concerns were the dishwasher was moldy, the light switch is wired incorrectly for the stairs, and the AC stopped working just before we left.

Hemingway Dream - A Dream Come True

We fell in love with the house & location the minute we arrived. Karen was the perfect property host beginning with a charcuterie box in the fridge on our arrival. The house perfectly fit our need for space with 10 guests (adults j children). We will definitely plan to return!

Nice beach

The beach was all ours. There weren't many people on it. Great sand. The waves are SO loud. It didn't bother us, but you heard it the whole time in the house. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The apartment down below was in good shape. There is NO cell phone reception on this island (I've never stayed on an island that had good reception) My carrier is Verizon. Wi-fi calling didn't work for some reason either.

Would not stay here again. Beautiful home but poorly maintained. Safety issues and health hazards.

Home was not clean on arrival: floors filthy, rat poop behind couch, pillow shredding under couch and on couch from being chewed through, trash under Murphy bed and upstairs and downstairs couches ( and Under the cushions), showers with hair in them (short list). We used the hose bib that had a hose attached to it on the second floor to fill up a baby pool downstairs on the ground. Water leaked through apartment ceiling and walls secondary to using without our knowledge until I went downstairs later in the day to rests. Clothes got wet that were in suitcases against that wall. Ceiling and exterior wall were wet ( damp) - manager noticed immediately. She did not seemed surprised by the info at all. Downstairs exterior door rusted; scraped hand trying to open the door several different times ( need to be sanded). No railing on downstairs steps; 3 yo granddaughter fell out the back door when losing her balance on first step (This home is advertised as family friendly). We had to leave a day early because of all the issues. I have been sick since I left on March 20…I am allergic to black mold and have every symptom consistent with exposure ( downstairs water leak). Manager did offer to send someone to clean after we were all in but that would have been too disruptive so we did it ourselves. Manager reimbursed me the cleaning fee and one night rent fee after I complained about the water leak, rust issue and a few other things, which was sufficient until I realized how sick I got and the plausible reasoning for it. This is a beautiful home in a great location, but in desperate need of safety and health updates. I would not recommend staying here until the downstairs beach side doors are sanded, painted and sealed; railing put on stairs for safety; extermination for rats; deep cleaning with attention to moving furniture and checking for things left behind, dropped, etc (under beds, in drawers, under couches and couch seats ( that was disgusting what we had to vacuum out of couch); and most importantly, the downstairs ceiling and walls assessed for mold infestation and remediation!

Great location

The good: this property is all about location. The beach is gorgeous and it’s on a private beach. The house has a big porch that’s great for relaxing and listening to the waves. The fire pit and beach activities were great! The bad: the house does need a little updating. The main space is really nice but the layout is really weird and the bathrooms need some work. The worst part is the road noise. All the bedrooms are in the front of the house toward the road and it was hard to sleep. Overall we had a great time. This house is all about the beach, great house and we had a great time.

Loved our stay!

The property is right on the water and the beach has multiple shallow spots where my son (11) and I were able to get in and enjoy the waves almost every afternoon. Karen was very responsive, she kept it simple with no over communication, and everything worked as explained. The property was in great condition, and very clean. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view, covered porch a huge bonus!

We’ve stayed at another property in the area before, and enjoyed the added bedrooms and covered porch offered here. The property manager was wonderful! Home was clean, we didn’t feel like we were missing anything, and we were so thankful for the thoughtful wine and snacks there on our arrival. Smart TVs were fabulous for catching our shows in the evenings. Beachfront in S. Ponte Vedra just can’t be beat for the view and privacy. Note how the description says there is a separate entrance for one of the bedrooms… I missed this and thought all of the living space was connected- bit of a bummer for our particular family, we felt a little separated. There are also no “en suite” bathrooms in the main living area. But, the fault was mine for not being more careful with reading the details!

Not great but on the beach

The property needs work. I think it cost more than it is worth. It is an house with rooms for ten people to stay, only three bathrooms. One bedroom and bath are downstairs with no access to the main part of the house. Only going up the stairs to the main house. I would not recommend this house until they update more! Leaking when rain, the ice maker on the refrigerator did not work, the oven was temperamental, just old and needing work!

Family Retreat before Surgery

The house and location were excellent for our stay during my wife's surgery at Mayo. It is as its described and had plenty of room for our family who wanted to be present for my wife's surgery but were going to be unable to visit the hospital due to Covid -19. While the location is about 30 minutes to Mayo, it is a pleasant ride and the fact that we got to return directly onto the ocean after visits to Mayo was rejuvenating. The kitchen was well supplied and we were able to make meals for everyone during the stay. I would recommend this property.
