“The lady in the reception was absolutely fantastic. I use a wheelchair and booked a room that on hotels.com was stated wheelchair accessible, this was not the case at all upon arrival. She went above and beyond to find a solution. We got to swop rooms with other kind guests checking in, this to find a room with more handlebars. It was highly appreciated by us.
We had a room on the bottom floor. It was so pretty by the lake. The kids loved running around on the lawn by our room.

“Complete bait-and-switch. Do not stay here.
The photos online are entirely different from reality. They advertise beautiful riverfront rooms, but then they place you in a completely different location with no view at all. On top of the major misrepresentation, the room didn't even have basic amenities like coffee or tea sachets. Total scam—avoid this place.”

“The floater in the toilet tank was broken. The floater in the water tank does not work; therefore, causing the water to drain non-stop into the overflow pipe.
This appears to be an known issue as the water was shut off and needed to be manually turned on for the toilet to flush ,,, it was not never fixed.”

“Listing was for direct axes to the water but it was blocked off the weekend before we arrived and we were not notified and were not allowed to move it. The trash cans were completely full, smelled terrible and were right next to the house. Called the property manager twice with no reply until I called the financial people. Many other issues unresolved after asking for help. Would NOT recommend this rental.”
